We know it’s a jungle to find out which coach education is the best.
That’s why we’ve been working together with the leading global organization for coaches and coaching, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), for years.
Our founder Pernille W. Lauritsen was elected president of ICF Denmark by 300 Danish coaches in our first year.
For several years, she was instrumental in raising coaching standards in Denmark in both the media and the business community. Later, she was elected by 45 member countries to represent coaching in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
The ICF recommended all their certified schools to move to online learning during COVID-19 on the grounds that a skilled internationally certified coach must be able to work online.
At the same time, the need for coaches has exploded after the crisis, with change happening faster than ever and workplaces, families, and leaders dealing with increased stress levels.
We found that our students became more skilled by being taught online, which is why we have chosen to keep that format.
Coaching is about learning and right now everyone needs to learn how to navigate change.
At Mindjuice Coach Education you cultivate the best of yourself in an empowering community.
We’ve delivered more than 160 coaching courses over the years, and we’ve used this experience to create an incredibly high-quality education with room for everyone, regardless of background and experience.
The education itself consists of 7 modules of 2 days duration, and typically we have a maximum of 25 students in a class.
Between modules, you will receive a total of 10 hours of mentor coaching, where you will receive feedback and supervision on your skills. 3 of the hours are individual sessions and 7 of the hours are in groups.
All to support your development in the most optimal way.
The teaching consists of theory, cases, and exercises, and we are known for being skilled communicators who make complex theories simple and easy to understand and use in everyday life.
When Denmark shut down for the first time in March 2020, founder Pernille W. Lauritsen had just arrived from Los Angeles with her family after a 3-month deployment.
They all went straight into quarantine. True to her founding philosophy, Pernille used the crisis as a turning point.
She turned on the camera in her phone and went live on Facebook. Here she started teaching people how to best handle the lockdown.
More than 60 Livestreams later, she has optimized and refined her own and her entire teaching team’s ability to shine on screen.

At the same time, we focus on increased movement and exercises that strengthen your knowledge of the others when teaching online.

We integrate the Enneagram, one of the world’s fastest growing and popular typologies in human development, which is taught at Stanford University.
At the same time, there is an essential and universal experience of being human, and we draw heavily on millennia of global wisdom theories.
