You will learn to teach in a transformative way and create breakthroughs in groups, as well as lead and inspire larger projects and teams. The Master Education is personal leadership and power at the highest level, developing your ability to be fully yourself in all areas of life – regardless of the situation and who you are with.
Transformative learning does not merely inform – it changes the entire way the listener experiences their world. Following strong demand from students, as well as the times we live in, we have chosen to include the impactful craft of teaching in a transformative way in the education.
As something completely new, you will therefore learn in the Master Education how to create life-changing breakthroughs for your participants using Mindjuice’s unique model for Transformative Teaching© – level 1.
Upon certification, you will be able to teach transformatively in 2 self-chosen topics out of 3 possible: the Wisdom of the Enneagram, The Four Agreements, and The 5 Dysfunctions, as well as use the theory and tools to communicate and inspire others in whatever else you dream of teaching.
When people express their opinions and needs, conflicts naturally arise – including within teams.
Unconstructive conflict is one of the most damaging forces – yet the more conflict is avoided, the more it tends to be created.
When a team expresses its needs, this is a positive sign, as it shows engagement. It reflects safety and authenticity within the team. Without conflict, someone is likely not expressing their authentic perspective. Conflict contains essential ingredients for collaboration and for being fully connected with one another.
The problem arises when we are unable to navigate conflict effectively.
That is why you will learn Pernille W. Lauritsen’s specially designed model for Conscious Conflict Resolution©, which she has used for years to transform conflict into potential between people and within teams.
Because wherever we are in the world, we are always part of groups. In the Master Education in Teamcoaching & Leadership, you learn to create Powerful Communication© within a group and guide teams through transformative processes that transcend cultures, industries, and backgrounds.
Just like individuals, groups are driven by fear until a shift in presence and purpose occurs. To dissolve fear, we must go through it.
Throughout the education, you will learn to guide teams through this same process. It begins with understanding how your own fears are triggered in group settings and how you can inspire and challenge the people you would normally tend to avoid.
When you are able to stand in front of those who challenge you the most while remaining grounded in yourself, you gain the ability to make a meaningful difference for people everywhere.

For more than 15 years, the Mindjuice Master Education has developed extraordinary Teamcoaches and leaders. Throughout the years, participants have travelled from Australia, the USA, Kenya, and many other countries to experience this unique education. Now, with Version 4.0, we are opening the doors to the world.
The education begins and ends with immersive in-person retreats (Modules 1 & 6), while the remaining modules are delivered live online, making it possible to participate from anywhere in the world. Our methods have already been successfully applied across cultures and countries because they are built on something universal: the human journey towards greater consciousness.
The education is an 8-month, life-changing journey in which you develop both advanced professional skills and profound personal growth. You will not only learn to lead and facilitate authentically with every type of group, but also how to transform knowledge into lasting practice.

This is your opportunity to develop yourself as a facilitator, Teamcoach, and authentic leader—wherever you are in the world.
It takes you deep into all the Enneagram types within yourself. It is master coaching, expanded life experience, and personal development in a structured process.
In addition to the Enneagram, the theoretical foundation is based on the four other elements of the Mindjuice Method.
Here, you will learn how to strengthen a community, including reaching out to others and receiving support rather than trying to “do it all yourself.” At the same time, you will gain a deep understanding of the concepts of dependence, independence, and interdependence from the Consciousness Model, integrating them into both your understanding and practice.
We take everything you have already learned about Powerful Communication© and expand it into every area of your life. Everything you feel comfortable saying one-on-one, but find difficult to express when others are present, now becomes possible.
Through communication, you will learn how to open up dialogue in groups that are otherwise characterized by resistance, sarcasm, gossip, “wisecracking” humor, or stagnation.

From your first education at Mindjuice Academy, you know that it is essential to approach fear—and ultimately move through it—if real transformation is to occur.
In the Master Education in Teamcoaching & Leadership, you will learn how to guide a team through that same process.
First and foremost, you will learn to understand how your own fears are triggered in group settings.
From there, you will gain both the understanding and the experience of moving through those fears—your shadow sides.
This enables you to facilitate the demanding, incredibly exciting, and deeply rewarding process of helping a team do the same.
In the Mindjuice Master Education, you learn to independently create high-performance teams within companies and organizations. You will learn how to facilitate, inspire, and identify what a team needs, while developing the ability to remain strong through any storm, criticism, or resistance.
You will learn to inspire others to follow a vision by leading the way with your own.
Through real-life training with teams in organizations and a range of developmental exercises, you will enhance your effectiveness through team coaching, Powerful Communication©, leadership training, and conflict management.
Your education as a Mastercoach is structured around six modules that explore the theory of ego and essence in depth. As a participant, you will experience connecting with the strengths and qualities of the different Enneagram types.
The wisdom and growth found within your own type, as well as within the universe of the other types, make this journey one of the most educational and challenging you can undertake as a human being.
You will learn how to transfer this wisdom into your work with other people.
Every team represents an overrepresentation and underrepresentation of different Enneagram types operating at various levels of consciousness.
Just as there are certain types with whom you may have limited connection, the same applies to teams. This is where imbalance arises—and where untapped potential resides.
Through theory, transformative coaching, exercises, and interventions, you will learn to reconnect with the qualities of all the types within yourself. You will also learn how to facilitate the same process for individuals and teams.
As a result, you gain access to using the coaching model at an entirely new level of freedom and mastery.
Here, you will discover how the wisdom of the Enneagram is embedded in every phase of the model designed by Pernille.
All of this leads up to your certification as a Master in Teamcoaching & Leadership, granting you the right to use the title Mindjuice Mastercoach©.

The Master Education is for you if you hold a certification from the Mindjuice Coach Education or the Leadership Coach Education.

Lead instructor is Pernille W. Lauritsen – Internationally recognized teacher
Founder and CEO of Mindjuice, ICF-certified coach, and former President of ICF Denmark. Pernille has more than 25 years of experience and 2,000 sessions as a professional coach and international mentor coach in Europe and the USA.
She is the mind and heart behind the development of the Mindjuice coachingmodel and coach educations, a speaker, and author of 4 books.
Since her first coach education in England in 1997, she has completed trainings and programs with several international teachers, such as psychologist Irene Ostrich, Byron Katie, Pablo Russel, and Debbie Ford. She has also worked closely with the late Don Riso from the Enneagram Institute in New York and Danish family therapist and founder of the Kempler Institute, Jesper Juul.
In addition, you will be taught by Mindjuice’s experienced and dedicated teaching team and possible guest lecturers.

Get the Master Education tax-free
As an employee, you can enter into an agreement with your employer about a gross salary arrangement – also known as a flexible salary package. This means that as an employee you can have the Mindjuice Master Education paid as an employee benefit by your employer and deducted from your gross salary over one year. This is your salary before tax is deducted – meaning you save on tax.
Education expenses are covered by this scheme, but the coach education must of course be relevant to your work.

Location
The Mindjuice Master Education combines 2 in-person retreats with 4 live online modules.
Modules 1 and 6 are held as immersive retreats at carefully selected venues within approximately a four-hour drive from Copenhagen. Modules 2, 3, 4, and 5 are delivered live online from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET).
Both retreats are included in the course fee.
